Shipping & Returns

1. Production & Shipping Times

Each of our products is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

  • Production Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Depends on your location (usually 2-4 business days).

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Note: Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

"the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."

Since our products are printed "on demand" (specifically manufactured for you after the order is placed), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Process: Please send an email to info@brokensymbols.eu with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • Resolution: We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any qualifying damaged or misprinted items at no extra cost to you.

5. Sizing

To avoid disappointment, please consult our Sizing Charts before ordering. As we cannot restock items that were ordered in the wrong size, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues.
